How to lose 70 lbs in 9 Weeks

That is why we tried to prepare and design this diet program that will help every one with over weight to eat and drink normally but just follow this diet program.

 

       You can try it for first week and if you like to go on with it you can join Diet Program for next weeks.

Important notes before starting your diet:-
 

** You can omit any item of your diet without substitution.

** You can eat vegetables anytime and how much you like but NO carrots.

** Use as little as possible of the two whites salt and sugar in your meals.

** NO Fat Oils.

** NOT allowed Fruits: Banana, Mango, Dates, Apricot, Grape.

** You can drink Coffee and tea but without sugar.

** You must drink 8 to 12 cups of water daily.

** You are allowed to drink herbs.

** Weigh yourself at the end of each week.

** If you follow this diet as it is mentioned week by week you will find yourself that you are losing 4 to 7 lb per week.

** This diet can be your food life style so you can repeat it as many times as you wish without any fear of weakness or hurt your health, in fact it is a healthy diet program recommended by many doctors and tried by so many people for long time to lose as much required of weight.

 

1- Week One :-

Breakfast will be the same for whole the week:

Glass of fat free milk + small spoon of honey + 2 pieces of toast with white cheese + 1/2 glass of orange juice or grab fruit.

Monday :

Lunch : Cooked vegetables + 2 pieces of steak cooked as you like + 2 pieces of toast.

Dinner : Tuna salad without oil + 2 pieces of toast + 1 piece of fruit.

Tuesday :

Lunch : Glass of cooked rice + any sauce or yogurt.

Dinner : Mixed Vegetable Soup.

Wednesday :

Lunch : Tuna salad without oil + 2 pieces of toast.

Dinner : 2 boiled eggs + fresh salad + 1 piece of toast.

Thursday :

Lunch : Cooked vegetables + fresh salad + 2 pieces of toast.

Dinner : Fat free milk + 2 pieces of toast with yogurt + 2 pieces of fruit.

Friday :

Lunch : Grilled chicken + fresh salad + 2 pieces of toast.

Dinner : Glass of orange juice + 2 pieces of toast  with cheese + any vegetables.

Saturday :

Lunch : Any type of salad without oil + grilled chicken ( breast ) + 1/2 piece of toast.

Dinner : Mixed Vegetable Soup.

Sunday :

Lunch : Glass of fried rice + piece of chicken in soup sauce.

Dinner : Glass of orange juice + 2 pieces of toast with white cheese + 2 pieces of fruits.

This is the first week diet program and there are 8 weeks more,
so if you feel that it is working well with you then you can join
our diet program to go on with it otherwise just leave it and
do not repeat the same week again because it
might effect your health.
